Wabi Hotel Playa del Carmen

The staff was fantastic, helpful and friendly. Convenient location for exploring. Safe and walkable area. Excellent espresso at the cafe. Quiet, respectful atmosphere. Comfortable, spacious rooms.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Playa del Carmen and I have to say, it was a great choice. The rooms were spacious and clean, with nice furnishings and AC to keep us cool during the hot weather. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. One thing I really appreciated was the attention to detail, like the towel animals and flowers left by the cleaning staff, which added a charming touch to our stay. The hotel also had basic amenities like WiFi and hot showers, which were much needed after a long day of exploring.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was fantastic. There was nothing that could be improved upon.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was cozy and had authentic equipment, with a window overlooking the terrace. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff, especially the lady at the reception, were incredibly nice and helpful. They assisted us in organizing a trip to Chichtzén Itzá and provided us with a lot of useful information. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was within walking distance to the downtown area and very close to the beach. We also discovered a super fun little restaurant just 300 meters away, which added to our overall experience.

Cannot find any fault.

The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk from the beach and close to the ADO bus station for easy transportation. We also enjoyed the proximity to a lively restaurant nearby, although the loud music on one of our nights was a bit bothersome. Despite this, the hotel was still close to everything we needed, including a supermarket and other amenities.

One downside was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. We could hear the noise from the construction work being done during the day and the loud music from the restaurant at night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Our stay at Wabi was simply amazing. The friendliness of the receptionist, Julia, made us feel like we were vacationing with a close friend. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and great air conditioning. I highly recommend this hotel.

That one night, we were disturbed by loud music from a nearby restaurant.

Spacious, clean studio for 4 people. Comfortable beds, nice patio with hammocks. Good wifi, working A/C, hot water. Useful kitchen with utensils. Walking distance to Quinta Avenida. Safe and calm location. Free parking available.

The hotel had a great location, close to the downtown area but still quiet. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. the hotel offered free drinking water in the room, which was a convenient bonus.

The bed in our room was too firm and uncomfortable. the shower's temperature was inconsistent and difficult to adjust.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything in Playa del Carmen. The hotel also had free parking, which was a bonus.
